I joined Meopta's assembly engineering after graduating from Optics at the Faculty of Science of the Palacky University in Olomouc in 2006. From the very beginning I had the opportunity to participate on the establishment and growth of the department of semiconductor industry as an optical engineer focusing on the optical measurement methods. In 2013 I participated on formation of the Department of measurement methods development and later of the Development of measuring applications group. In 2016 I also had the opportunity to take over the Optical design department and thus to create a synergy between the related optical disciplines. Main task of my job is to coordinate short-term (product) projects and long-term (grant) projects and especially to distribute these projects between individual teams of physicists.

I started to work at Meopta while I was stillstudying at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering ČVUT in Prague. I got an opportunity to participate on a development project at a time where Meopta began its cooperation with a foreign customer, so I had a chance to work on the development of a hi-tech product internationally. During the year, where I was working directly for the customer I was able to gain a lot of experience. After returning back to Meopta I was able to continue my cooperation with foreign customers as well as with the development of hi-tech products. At work I really appreciate the diversity and knowledge management. I continuously have to improve, learn and communicate. Gained knowledge is a good base stone for my future career.

I joined my career path with Meopta in October 2014, when I took on the position of "MeoHub" project manager for a project supporting the expansion of Czech companies into the American market. During my first working years with Meopta I traveled a lot and spent a year in the Meopta USA offices in New York. Traveling enriched me and thanks to the foreign language environment I grew more independent not only in language skills. In the meantime, the position of the head of the marketing department in Přerov opened, which I was offered as part of my professional growth. Marketing is a field that I studied and worked in before Meopta. After three years of managing the marketing department, I got pregnant and in order to balance my work life, I moved from the executive position of marketing manager to the strategic management of corporate communication, where my competences are in area of ​​corporate social responsibility, internal and external PR, communication strategies and management of Rausnitz family legacy. I am glad that Meopta has met my needs in both professional and personal growth.
