Gerald Rausnitz - The personality of Czech industry and trade 2021

A total of 14 personalities of Czech industry and trade received the medal of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Karel Havlíček. This ceremony took place on September 7, 2021 and for the first time in history took place in the entrance foyer of the main building of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Na Františku in Prague. Medals of the Minister of Industry and Trade are awarded on the basis of a 2016 government resolution for merit, lifelong work or a significant deed. Proposals for the award are submitted by the nomination committee, which this year consisted of representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, the Confederation of Industry and Transport, the Confederation of Employers 'and Entrepreneurs' Unions, the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Self-Employed Persons and the Czech Technical University in Prague. There were also Deputy Ministers of Industry and Trade for Economic Policy and Industry.
