Manufacturing of reticles is based on the technology of positive photolithography by working with chromium layers on glass substrates.
This method is used to make both positive and negative reticles and numeric markings as well as fine patterns on glass substrates.
We make reticles with the thickness tolerance of the chromium lines starting from 0.003 mm.
